Práctica de pruebas. El Incomex, de oficio o por solicitud de parte interesada, practicará las pruebas que considere útiles, necesarias y eficaces para la verificación de los hechos investigados. El término para la práctica de pruebas vencerá dos meses después de la fecha de la publicación de la resolución que contiene la determinación preliminar.
