° Los demás bienes que á juicio de la Corporación municipal puedan hacerse más productivos vendiéndolos á censo que manteniéndolos en arrendamiento, podrán acordar dichas Corporaciones que se vendan en tal modo. Esta venta no se llevará á efecto sino con la aprobación del Gobernador del Departamento, quien para darla oirá los informes del Personero Municipal y del Prefecto de la Provincia.
