Quiénes Pueden Ser Peritos

Podrán ser peritos, los siguientes:

Las personas con título legalmente reconocido en la respectiva ciencia, técnica o arte.

En circunstancias diferentes, podrán ser nombradas las personas de reconocido entendimiento en la respectiva ciencia, técnica, arte, oficio o afición aunque se carezca de título.

A los efectos de la cualificación podrán utilizarse todos los medios de prueba admisibles, incluido el propio testimonio del declarante que se presenta como perito.
