Manual Operativo. La Mesa definirá el Manual Operativo del Sistema. Las modificaciones estructurales que a este se realicen serán aprobadas por la Comisión Intersectorial para la Atención Integral de la Primera Infancia. El Manual Operativo deberá, como mínimo, prever los mecanismos, procesos, procedimientos y periodicidad del reporte de la información para efectuar el seguimiento a las atenciones que se brindan a las gestantes y niños y niñas en primera infancia del país, y formará parte integral del presente Título.
