Acuerdos de pago. El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones podrá celebrar acuerdos de pago en relación con las obligaciones pecuniarias por concepto de contraprestaciones. Para el efecto, deberá ceñirse al reglamento interno de cartera.
