Articulo 2º Organización . Para cooperar en la definición de políticas, coordinar, programar y evaluar su ejecución y la prestación de los servicios en el Sistema, se organizan la Comisión Nacional de Rehabilitación, el Consejo Coordinador Nacional, los Consejos Coordinadores Regionales y las Unidades Operativas, en la forma prevista en el presente Decreto.
