º El personal de soldados voluntarios que sea dado de baja tendrá derecho a que el tesoro público le pague, por una sola vez, una suma equivalente a un mes de bonificación por el año de servicio prestado en dicha calidad y proporcionalmente por las fracciones de meses a que hubiere lugar. Cuando la baja se produzca por razones disciplinarias o penales, según el caso, no habrá lugar al pago de esta bonificación.
