De los contratos de prestación de servicios de salud . Las entidades estatales que requieran la prestación de servicios de salud, deberán obtener por lo menos dos ofertas de personas naturales o jurídicas que presten dichos servicios y se encuentren inscritas en el registro especial nacional del Ministerio de Salud de conformidad con la Ley 10 de 1990.
