Las medidas establecidas en el presente Decreto, estarán vigentes mientras dure la declaratoria de emergencia sanitaria por causa del Coronavirus, Covid 1 9 decretada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Vencido este término, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 2153 del 26 de diciembre de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan.
