El recurso de apelación solo procede contra las sentencias y contra los siguientes autos: El inhibitorio, el de detención preventiva, el que dispone o niega la libertad, el de sobreseimiento definitivo, el que ordena el archivo del sumario, el que ordena o niega la entrega de la mercancía o de los medios de transporte, o de sus precios, el de llamamiento a juicio, el que acoge la acusación fiscal y el de cesación de procedimiento.
