El artículo 5º del Decreto 1521 de 1994 quedará así: Con el fin de que la nueva sociedad tenga el carácter de mixta de acuerdo con la ley, su Junta Directiva procederá a colocar entre particulares en el mercado primario dentro de los doce meses siguientes a la fecha de registro de la escritura de constitución de la sociedad, el número de acciones que determinen sus órganos societarios.
