Las providencias del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas serán susceptibles del recurso de reposición ante el mismo funcionario, y surtido éste se entenderá agotado el procedimiento gubernativo respecto de ellas. Las providencias de los Jefes Regionales tendrán el recurso de reposición ante los mismos funcionarios, y el de apelación ante el Jefe del Departamento para agotar tal procedimiento.
