Quórum. El Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural podrá sesionar con la asistencia mínima de la mitad más uno de sus miembros.

Las decisiones se adoptarán por la mayoría de los miembros presentes.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.6. Quórum. El Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural podrá sesionar con la asistencia de mínimo siete (7) de sus miembros.

Las decisiones se adoptarán por la mayoría de los miembros presentes. No integrará esta mayoría decisoria el Director de Patrimonio del Ministerio de Cultura, quien carece de voto.
