º. El Director Ejecutivo de la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas, CREG, mediante resolución, distribuirá los empleos de la planta global de que trata el presente decreto con excepción de los Expertos de Comisión Reguladora, y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, los planes, programas, y las necesidades del servicio.
