Cuando la División de Identificación reciba los documentos de que trata al anterior, procederá a estudiar el material con el objeto de establecer si las tarjetas se han llenado en debida forma y si las huellas dactilares han sido bien tomadas. Las deficiencias que observe las anotará en uno de los ejemplares del formulario número 4, el cual devolverá inmediatamente al Registrador Municipal para que subsane las irregularidades anotadas, teniendo presente que el número asignado originalmente debe conservarse.
