º . Traspaso de bienes . El traspaso de los bienes que requieran inscripción se entenderá surtido con la suscripción del acta correspondiente y su registro ante la autoridad competente, sin que tal registro genere costo alguno. Los bienes que no requieran de registro se entenderán traspasados como parte integrante de la Institución Educativa, con la sola suscripción del acta de traspaso de esta.
