En las sucesiones que se abran después de la sanción de la presente Ley, los hijos naturales concebidos antes de la vigencia de la Ley 45 de 1936 tendrán, aún en concurrencia con hijos legítimos de matrimonios anteriores, los derechos hereditarios que al hijo natural confiere la citada Ley. Queda así modificado el artículo 28 de la Ley 45 de 1936 .
