Art. 5.° El precio de la Sal marina en las Salinas mar timas y en los almacenes de expendio de Cartagena, Santa Marta, Barranquilla y Riohacha será el siguiente:

Sal de grano $ 0,70 c por cada 12 1/ 2 Kilogramos

Id de la suma $ 0,40 c. id. id.

La rebaja que con esto se establece se llevará á cabo en el curso de cuatro meses á contar de 1.° de Enero de 1891 y por cuartas partes
