Ley 51 de 1925 · Por la cual se dan unas autorizaciones al Gobierno

Extiendes la anterior autorización a todo lo que concierne a la institución de la Policía Nacional.

Asimismo se le faculta para abrir los créditos adicionales que fueran necesarios, a fin de dar inmediato cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en este artículo, sin necesidad de someter tales créditos a lo dispuesto en este artículo, sin necesidad de someter tales créditos a las formalidades de que trata el artículo 26 de la Ley 34 de 1923 .

Parágrafo

Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
