A los reos que al terminar su condena no quieran permanecer en la Colonia dedicados a la agricultura u otra profesión, y no tuvieren ahorros, se les auxiliará con diez centavos por cada cinco leguas (dos y medio miriámetros) que tengan que recorrer para volver a su domicilio.
