El control financiero y contable de los Fondos Ganaderos, cualquiera que sea su orden, será ejercido por un revisor fiscal, elegido libremente por la Asamblea General de Accionistas para un período de dos (2) años, sin perjuicio de su libre remoción en cualquier tiempo, de conformidad con las disposiciones generales sobre esta materia.
