Los representantes del profesorado en las Juntas Seccionales del Escalafón serán elegidos en asambleas seccionales de las organizaciones sindicales, culturales y cooperativas del profesorado de cada Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría, reunidas en las capitales de los Departamentos, bajo la vigilancia de los Ministerios de Educación, y del Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social.
