Artículo décimo. Los avalúos de los terrenos se harán por peritos, tanto antes como después de que las obras se ejecuten. La CVC designará un perito; otro, la junta de propietarios de que trata el artículo 16, por mayoría de votos, y un tercero, los dos peritos así nombrados.
