Art. 123. De los autos interlocutorios que en este juicio se pronuncien se concederá la apelación siempre que se interponga dentro de los tres días siguientes al en que quede notificado el auto. La apelación se interpondrá para ante el Tribunal, si el auto se dictare por el Juzgado, y para ante la Corte, si lo fuere por el Tribunal en la instancia que se surte ante él.
