Las declaraciones de ventas deberán ser presentadas en la Administración o Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales donde se encuentre el asiento principal de los negocios del responsable. El pago del impuesto deberá efectuarse en la Administración, Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales o bancos autorizados. Vencido el plazo respectivo, el responsable únicamente podrá efectuar el pago en la Administración o Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales correspondiente.
