Artículo décimonoveno. El artículo 258 del Decreto 1344 de 1970, quedará así: Las multas serán pagadas a favor del Tesoro que señalen las ordenanzas o los acuerdos del Departamento, Intendencia, Comisaría y Municipio donde se cometió la infracción. El infractor que resida en sitio distinto al lugar donde cometió la falta podrá pagar el valor de la multa mediante giro a favor de la Tesorería correspondiente,
