Plan de retiro consensuado. El liquidador podrá elaborar y ejecutar un plan de retiro consensuado para los trabajadores oficiales que se encuentren vinculados al Instituto de Seguros Sociales en Liquidación a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto. Para la adopción y ejecución de dicho plan se requerirá previamente de apropiación y disponibilidad presupuestal.
