Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales podrán delegar en las entidades territoriales el otorgamiento de licencias, concesiones, permisos y autorizaciones que les corresponda expedir, salvo para la realización de obras o el desarrollo de actividades por parte de la misma entidad territorial.
