ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.28 .- INFORMACIÓN A LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA. El Ministerio de Salud podrá solicitar la información que juzgue necesaria de las entidades del sector salud e informará a la Superintendencia Bancaria, cuando menos trimestralmente, acerca del cumplimiento dado por las entidades aseguradoras a las obligaciones derivadas de este seguro frente a los establecimientos del sector salud.
