Artículo segundo . El Fondo rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia y el Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, celebrarán los convenios que resulten necesarios para la ejecución de los contratos vigentes de construcción de edificios nacionales, destinados o proyectados para el funcionamiento de las oficinas de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Publico. La supervigilancia técnica corresponderá al Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales.
