Artículo tercero: La Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos podrá, por intermedio de sus funcionarios, visitar las fábricas de licores para confrontar el movimiento de los licores destilados salidos de fábrica para el consumo en el territorio nacional.

Parágrafo

Los Gerentes o Administradores de las fábricas estarán obligados a proporcionarles a los funcionarios de la Corporación toda la colaboración necesaria para el cumplimiento de sus funciones.
