Parágrafo 5

del artículo 2º del Decreto 2225 del 30 de octubre de 2000, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 5

Los representantes del Sistema Nacional de Transporte serán seleccionados de la siguiente forma

Participarán todos aquellos representantes del Sistema Nacional de Transporte que tengan capacidad superior a 50 millones de pies cúbicos diarios.

Unicamente serán representantes de los sistemas de transporte los Prestadores del Servicio de Transporte o Transportadores, definidos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto.

La Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME, certificará, a más tardar el 1º de marzo de cada año, cuáles sistemas de transporte tienen capacidad superior a 50 millones de pies cúbicos diarios".
