La actuación procesal será oral, para lo cual se utilizarán los medios técnicos disponibles que permitan imprimirle mayor agilidad y fidelidad, sin perjuicio de conservar un registro de lo acontecido. A estos efectos se levantará un acta breve y clara que sintetice lo actuado.
