En los presupuestos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, tan pronto como sea sancionada la presente Ley, y a partir del primero de enero de 1959, se harán las apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias para el funcionamiento de la Escuela Normal Rural "La Inmaculada", de Barbacoas, en la misma forma como se hace con los establecimientos de igual naturaleza.
