Para escoger los representantes de los empleadores al Comité Nacional de Salud Ocupacional, las organizaciones gremiales que se citan a continuación deben presentar al Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, para cada período, sendas ternas de candidatos, así: Asociación Nacional de Industriales, Asociación Colombiana Popular de Industriales, Federación Nacional de Comerciantes, Cámara Colombiana de la Construcción, Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia.
