Art. 1.° Los empleados en el servicio de parques nacionales son empleados civiles i percibirán sus sueldos por duodécimas partes al fin de cada mes, de la manera dispuesta en el artículo 14 del decreto ejecutivo de 1.° de agosto del presente año "sobre liquidacion jeneral de los presupuestos para el servicio económico de 1869 a 1870."
