Las prohibiciones contenidas en los dos artículos anteriores se extienden a las personas que, sin ser miembros de una Bolsa, habitualmente se dediquen a este género de corretaje, sobre los títulos o valores que hacen Ia materia ordinaria de sus operaciones, y quienes si lo podrán realizar esta clase de negociaciones cuando obedeciendo a motivos ajenos a especulación, obtengan permiso previo del Superintendente Bancario.
