Apruébase el Acuerdo número 020 del 4 de septiembre de 1980, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Casas Fiscales del Ejército, y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 020 DE 1980 (septiembre 4) por el cual se determina la Planta de Personal del Instituto Casas Fiscales del Ejército. La Junta Directiva del Instituto.de Casas Fiscales del Ejército, en ejercicio de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, acuerda:
