° La alumna que haya obtenido el certificado de instrucción suficiente en el instituto en donde haya hecho sus estudios y que aspire a obtener el título profesional y oficial de institutora deberá someterse a examen en el Instituto Pedagógico Nacional para Señoritas, o en una de las Escuelas Normales Departamentales, y sujetarse, según el informe del Jurado Calificador, a concluir sus estudios, según el caso en alguno de los establecimientos oficiales nombrados.
