Si el valor de la casa fuere inferior a la suma disponible para su compra, el resto lo entregara en efectivo el patrono a los beneficiarios de acuerdo con las disposiciones generales sobre la materia, pero el valor de la casa no podrá ser en ningún caso menor del ochenta por ciento (80%) de la suma de que se disponga para su compra.
