ACTIVOS DEL FONDO FINANCIERO FORESTAL. El Banco de la República cederá a FINAGRO la totalidad de los activos del Fondo Financiero Forestal en la medida en que se vayan sustituyendo los bonos a que se refiere el artículo 12 precedente y hasta por el monto de ellos. FINAGRO y el Banco de la República acordarán en el contrato que para tal efecto celebren, el procedimiento mediante el cual se efectuará la cesión. CAPITULO V.
