Artículo décimo segundo. Para ser miembro de una Bolsa de Productos, el interesado deberá solicitar su admisión a la Junta Directiva de la Bolsa, acreditando dentro del término que se señale los reglamentos, el cumplimiento de los requisitos indicados. Es potestativa de las Bolsas la admisión de comisionista para operar en ellas. Las decisiones favorables serán comunicadas de inmediato al Superintendente Bancario, quien se cerciorará de que las personas admitidas reúnan todos los requisitos exigidos.
