Las encomiendas postales del Exterior continuarán liquidándose en las Administraciones Principales de Correos de los respectivos Departamentos. Corresponde a las mismas Administraciones encaminar, sin demora, las encomiendas postales a la población adonde van dirigidas, acompañadas de la planilla de liquidación.

Parágrafo

Los Administradores Seccionales de Correos, al recibir las encomiendas, las entregarán a los interesados previos el pago de los derechos correspondientes que enviarán a la Administración Principal,

conforme las planillas que hubieren recibido de éstas.
