Art. 28 . Los alumnos que optaren derecho a que se les espida un diploma, necesitan: 1.° Certificado de buena conducta durante el tiempo que han pertenecido al Instituto, espedido por el respectivo Director i autorizado por el Secretario; 2.° Exhibir los certificados de los exámenes de fin de año que hayan presentado, los cuales estenderán los respectivos profesores a continuación de las matrículas; 3.° Ser aprobados con plenitud en un examen de tres horas ante la Academia i tres profesores mas, designados por el Director del Instituto.'
