Agotado el procedimiento interno previsto en la Ley Estatutaria de Administración de Justicia en la JEP, quien promueva la colisión de competencias remitirá el asunto a la Sección, incluyendo las diferentes posiciones planteadas durante el trámite para que la Sección de Revisión decida. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
