C. Inscripción ante el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras – Fogafín–. Las sucursales de los bancos y compañías de seguros del exterior que obtengan autorización de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia para operar en el país deberán inscribirse ante el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, en los mismos términos previstos para los establecimientos bancarios y las compañías de seguros constituidas en Colombia.
