Indemnización por muerte. A la muerte de un Alumno de que trata los artículos anteriores, en actividades relacionadas con su preparación sus beneficiarios en el orden determinado en el presente Estatuto, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público, se les pague una indemnización igual a doce (12) meses de sueldo básico correspondiente. Si la muerte ocurriere en actos extraordinarios a meritorios del servicio, o en mantenimiento del orden público, la indemnización se pagará doble.
