Ley 2327 de 2023 · Por medio de la cual se establece la definición de pasivo ambiental, se fijan lineamientos para su gestión y se dictan otras disposiciones.

En el marco de la Política Pública para la Gestión de Pasivos Ambientales, el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público establecerán el sistema y método de financiación y apropiación de recursos para la gestión de pasivos ambientales en un término de un (1) año a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley.

Parágrafo

Las Corporaciones autónomas regionales podrán utilizar hasta un 10% de las transferencias de inversión de libre destinación que se realizan a la nación para afrontar, tratar y acometer actuaciones en relación a los pasivos ambientales.
