°. Límites máximos de inversión por emisión . No podrá adquirirse más del treinta por ciento (30%) de cualquier emisión de títulos en serie o en masa, incluyendo los títulos provenientes de procesos de titularización. Quedan exceptuadas de este límite las inversiones en Certificados de Depósito a Término (CDT) y de Ahorro a Término (CDAT) emitidos por establecimientos de crédito y las inversiones en los instrumentos descritos en el subnumeral 1.1 y los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 2° del presente decreto.
