Art. 3° La cantidad total será reintegrada por las rentas a cuyo favor se da el ausilio, en un término de diez años, contados estos después de transcurrido un año del tiempo en que termine la entrega del capital que se da en empréstito, pagándose ocho mil reales anuales.
